Pay Range: $48/hr - $49/hr on W2

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading global supply chain initiatives, including new product launches and supplier network transfers. This role requires cross-functional coordination, strong project execution, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of supply chain programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of supply chain projects, including product launches and supplier transfers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across sourcing, demand/supply planning, and deployment
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery
- Drive execution of sourcing strategies and product launch activities
- Ensure alignment with supply chain readiness processes and operational goals
- Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Support change management initiatives related to ERP and PLM systems
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with domestic and international suppliers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
- Experience with ERP or PLM systems
- Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification
