Position: SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST - PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Our client is looking for a motivated professional to join their growing team in a role that combines purchasing, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, operations, purchasing, or planning.

No purchasing experience is required. The company is willing to train candidates who have strong excel skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

** what you'll do*
* + analyze inventory levels and material requirements

+ create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and planning tools

+ track purchase orders and supplier deliveries

+ work closely with vendors, production, and operations teams

+ help ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules

+ monitor inventory trends and identify potential shortages

+ support purchasing and supply chain initiatives

+ assist with process improvements and operational reporting

+ maintain accurate erp and inventory data

** what we're looking for*
* + 1+ year of experience in:

+ administrative support

+ customer service

+ operations

+ inventory control

+ data analysis

+ supply chain

+ production planning

+ purchasing support

+ advanced microsoft excel skills (required)

+ strong attention to detail and organizational skills
