$55,000 – $70,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is looking for a motivated professional to join their growing team in a role that combines purchasing, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, or Planning.
No purchasing experience is required. The company is willing to train candidates who have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do- Analyze inventory levels and material requirements
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and planning tools
- Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries
- Work closely with vendors, production, and operations teams
- Help ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules
- Monitor inventory trends and identify potential shortages
- Support purchasing and supply chain initiatives
- Assist with process improvements and operational reporting
- Maintain accurate ERP and inventory data
- 1+ year of experience in:
Administrative Support, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Control, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Purchasing Support - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ERP experience is a plus but not required
