Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

Mastria Automotive Group is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our parts department running efficiently by ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and damage

Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations

Pick, package, and prepare parts for shipping and delivery

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Process shipping documents and coordinate with delivery carriers

Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe

Assist parts counter staff as needed

Follow all dealership and safety procedures

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day

Basic computer skills

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Tuesday through Saturday with early morning start times is required. Applicants must be available to work this schedule.
