Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Product Management to our team in Raynham, MA.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

In this role, you will provide enterprise-level leadership across End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) programs, with accountability for portfolio execution, operational performance, supply reliability, and value creation. You will shape and influence global manufacturing and supply chain strategies, translate product and portfolio priorities into executable roadmaps, and drive alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and external manufacturing partners.

You will lead supply chain project teams from initiation through launch, stabilization, and continued lifecycle support, ensuring strong execution against business, financial, quality, compliance, continuity, capacity, and customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to make informed trade‑off decisions, remove barriers with urgency, and take ownership for supply chain design and execution that enables sustainable growth and strong business performance.

• Lead E2E supply chain strategy and execution for NPI and LCM programs, translating product and portfolio priorities into integrated roadmaps, business cases, milestones, resource plans, and financial commitments.
