An established and growing automotive group is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead dealership operations and drive continued success.
We are looking for a proven leader who can develop teams, build accountability, improve performance, and create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. - Oversee all dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration

- Previous General Manager or senior dealership leadership experience required

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing multiple dealership departments
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership performance metrics
- Ability to lead through change and drive organizational growth
