This role provides operational and enablement support to Global Supply Chain. The Sr. Manager, Leadership & Learning is responsible for shaping and executing leadership development and learning strategies that enable supply chain transformation, strengthen leadership capability, and support enterprise priorities.
This is a high‑impact role with broad visibility, partnering closely with global supply chain leaders to translate strategy into scalable learning solutions that drive performance, capability uplift, and cultural change across a complex, global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of global leadership and learning strategies aligned to Global Supply Chain priorities and transformation objectives.
- Partner with senior supply chain and functional leaders to assess capability gaps and translate business strategy into targeted development solutions.
- Oversee the development and deployment of supply chain leadership programs, learning frameworks, and capability‑building initiatives across regions.
- Manage cross‑functional and matrixed teams, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
- Drive change management and learning enablement for major supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance, metrics, and insights to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Enterprise Learning partners to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and leadership imperatives.
