Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Job Overview

The Manager, NA Trade Lead is responsible for leading trade marketing strategy and execution across North America to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen channel partner engagement. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Marketing, translating brand strategies into effective trade programs that drive demand, improve execution at the channel level, and enhance customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape trade strategy at scale, lead a high‑impact team, and influence how DePuy Synthes delivers value to distributors and customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and execution of North America trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.

+ Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

+ Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to translate brand strategies into effective trade programs.

+ Oversee trade marketing plans targeting distributors and channel partners, including promotions, incentives, andin‑marketprograms.

+ Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensuretimelydelivery ofhigh‑qualitytrade marketing initiatives.

+ Review and ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of trade marketing deliverables with brand standards and stakeholder requirements.

+ Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve trade marketing processes and effectiveness.

Qualifications

_Education_

+ Bachelor's degree required(Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

+ MBA or advanced degree preferred

_Experience and Skills_

Required:

+ 7-10years of progressive experience in trade marketing, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
