Overview

RN Registered Nurse with a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Life Care Center of Raynham. Employment Status: Full-Time or Part-Time. Pay Interval: Hourly. Pay Rate: $31-$40 per hour. Shift options include 11 p.m.

- 7 a.m., 3-11 p.m., and 7 a.m.

As an important member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients and ensures they attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state. Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment.

• Implement and interpret the department’s programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients
• Demonstrate concentration, reasoning, and good judgment
• Communicate and function effectively on an interdisciplinary team
