Salary: $115,000–$125,000 a year.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, science, or business preferred.
- Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferred.
- Minimum of six years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function in a regulated environment.
- Experience leading projects and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers.
- Experience with S&OP / IBP preferred.
- Change management in regulated operational environments (ERP & PLM systems) preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large complex programs.
- Strong communication and management influence skills.
- Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestic and international.
- Bachelor of Computer Science qualification.
