Supply Chain Project Lead

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred.
• Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferred.
• A minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environment.
• Experience leading projects is required.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams is required.
• Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is required.
• Experience with S&OP / IBP is preferred.
• Change management in regulated operational environments is preferred (ERP & PLM systems).
• Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required.
• Strong communication and management influence skills are required.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred.
• This position may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 per year
