Overview

As a Cosmo Prof Store Manager, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world and help empower our professional customers to express themselves through hair. We provide an EPIC experience based on four pillars:

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and a custom‑fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversaw all store operations, maintaining assigned budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security by making sure all staff follows company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance so it always looks its best.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
