• Provide exceptional customer service by working with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and the store.
• Aim to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
