-  - Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; managing staffing and scheduling; leveraging associate feedback to improve engagement;
Lead the associate and pet parent experience; ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures;
Manage store profitability by analyzing reporting, controlling expenses (labor and supplies), and achieving P&L targets;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to execute Community events and partnerships with local adoption groups
