Overview

Mattel Retail Merchandiser (Regular Part Time) – Raynham, MA (up to 30 hours per week, extra hours during holiday season). Join our Retail Service Team and help bring Mattel’s world‑class toys to life.

As a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser you will grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, build strong relationships with store teams, serve as Brand Ambassador, secure prime product placements, unpack cases, organize product on the sales floor, construct and deconstruct store fixtures, implement point‑of‑purchase materials, execute special projects including store events, and produce reports.

• Build relationships with store teams
• Brand ambassador for Mattel/FP Brands
• Secure prime product placements
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking
• Implement point‑of‑purchase materials
• Execute special projects as assigned, including store events
• Complete reports, such as store surveys
• Train & lead team associates
• Provide real‑time business insights
• Administrative tasks including managing expenses, attendance at meetings, training and email management

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional required weekends
• Reliable internet access
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned store locations
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of Raynham, MA or Stoughton, MA, or be able to reliably service the assigned territory

• Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach
• Walk for long periods
• Climb ladders up to 12 feet
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
• Push/pull carts containing product – occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)

• Merchandising experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, positive attitude representing the brand
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time with urgency
• Self‑motivated with bias for action by making resourceful decisions
• Eager to learn new skills with a safety‑first mindset
• Tech‑savvy (Microsoft Office, iPad and apps)

The base hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 and $25.00. Pay will be determined based on location, skills and experience.
