The Opportunity

Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – up to 30 hours per week (with additional hours during the holiday season) responsible for growing Mattel’s presence at major retailers. Requires passion for merchandising, interaction with customers and store management, and a drive to deliver results.

• Build strong relationships with store teams
• Serve as brand ambassador for Mattel and FP brands
• Secure prime product placements for iconic brands
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the sales floor
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, shelving, and racking
• Implement point‑of‑purchase materials
• Execute special projects such as store events
• Complete reports and store surveys as needed
• Train and lead team associates
• Provide real‑time business insights
• Handle administrative tasks including expenses and meetings

• Minimum age 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Availability for daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends
• Reliable internet access
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned store locations
• Residence within approximately 20 miles of Raynham, MA 02767, Stoughton, MA 02072, or ability to service the territory reliably

• Stand, bend, twist, squat, and kneel as required
• Walk for long periods
• Climb ladders up to 12 feet tall
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Push or pull carts containing product, occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Operate power tools (screwdriver and drill)

• Merchandising experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships through communication and negotiation
• Professional representation of the brand with a positive attitude
• Prioritization skills, strong time management, and a sense of urgency
• Self‑motivated with a bias for action and resourceful decisions
• Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety‑first mentality
• Tech‑savvy (Microsoft Office, iPads, and apps)
