The Role OverviewThis Construction Sales Representative/Account Manager role focuses on the commercial and industrial cold storage sector. You’ll take ownership of an established book of business, manage repeat accounts, and build new relationships with general contractors and facility owners/operators. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll run the full pre-sale process — from site visits to material take-offs — supported by a seasoned operations team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales experience, is confident in interpreting blueprints and construction documents, understands the construction process, and has a track record of building strong relationships while managing projects from $10K to $1M+.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure with an all-in earnings potential up to $145K+
