As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Buying Specialist to help us acquire quality pre-owned inventory and deliver a seamless appraisal experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and respond to incoming Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (ICO) leads
- Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule appraisal appointments
- Conduct in-person vehicle evaluations and verify condition reports
- Partner with management to determine accurate vehicle values and purchase offers
- Acquire vehicles directly from customers, even if they are not purchasing from us
- Follow up consistently with unsold appraisals to convert opportunities
- Maintain CRM notes and ensure all customer interactions are documented
- Deliver a fast, transparent, and professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive experience preferred (BDC, sales, or appraisal experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn
- Basic knowledge of vehicle condition and valuation is a plus (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + aggressive bonus structure (based on appointments, acquisitions, and performance)
- Earning potential: $60,000 – $100,000+
