Laborer – supporting operations at the Raynham Asphalt location in Raynham, MA. General labor duties at a quarry site, including extraction, processing, and movement of aggregate materials while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Assist with physical tasks: lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.
• Support skilled tradespeople.
• Clean and prepare job sites: clear debris, sweep, set up or dismantle work areas.
• Operate shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards promptly.
• Load, unload, move, and store construction materials and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening skills; ability to follow verbal or written directions accurately.
• Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of PPE.
• Teamwork and communication skills; positive attitude; effective communication.
• Reliable, punctual work ethic; consistent attendance; willingness to work flexible hours or overtime.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; ability to safely operate and maintain them.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks (stand, bend, kneel, etc.).

• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved PPE, including respirators.
• Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests.
