Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team, located in the Raynham area.

- Terminal location:
Raynham, MA - Route radius: 100‑200 miles
- Local route with potential overnight assignments
- Pay: $29–$33 per hour
- Overtime opportunities available
- Ensure safe execution of all service and operations.
- Follow all safety practices and policies while driving, working in the field, and at customer locations.
- Use risk assessments, LOTO, and confined space tools to maintain safe practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance, installation, repair, and startup of media‑based water treatment systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, installation, repair, and startup of reverse osmosis or other membrane systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems.
- Establish daily routes based on schedule and call center assignments.
- Provide services according to the Nalco Water/Ecolab standard.
- Prepare and load trucks for the next day.
- Serve as the customer‑facing ambassador for Nalco Water, communicating professionally with customers, sales representatives, and corporate staff by phone, e‑mail, and in person.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of all equipment.
- Connect equipment, perform quality control, and complete record‑keeping tasks.
- Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Fix minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date DOT logging.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience (pure water equipment experience preferred).
- Five years of acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently without regular supervision.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Previous experience with power jack, pallet jack, or forklift.
- Prior plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work experience.

The pay range for this position is $59,500–$89,300 annually, adjusted for experience, education, training, geography, and other factors.
