What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacements on furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and more
• Complete preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns
• Take full ownership of each call from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
• Promote membership programs and help generate positive customer reviews
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

• 5 plus years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Pride in clean, quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification required, HVAC license is a plus
