ScheduleSaturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 9am-11pm, Thursday 9am-8pm
Position TypeC.N.A. Full Time Evenings (part‑time, full‑time, relief/per diem available). 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available. 2:4 or 3:5 staff‑to‑individual ratios. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
- Assist with daily activities and personal care.
- Participate in structured routines, meal preparation, and medication distribution.
- Plan and accompany individuals on community outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support staff communication.
- Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License.
- Compassionate, patient, and enjoys making a difference.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle.
- Qualified criminal background check and clean driving record.
- TB screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years.
- Mental aptitude for caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.
