We're hiring a Turret Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you'll safely operate a turret truck to pick, pull, move, stage, and put away full pallets while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety. Core Responsibilities

• Operate a Turret Forklift to pick, pull, transport, stage, and put away full pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately label orders by recording order number, receiver name, and case quantities on pallets, boxes, and containers.
• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with freight movement and product location after order completion.
• Inspect pallets and report damaged pallets or inventory issues to leadership.
• Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists.
• Monitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance, and properly return equipment to charging stations.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards while operating material handling equipment.
• Support warehouse operations by operating additional material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Turret Forklift required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in cold storage temperatures as low as
  -20°F or dry warehouse temperatures up to 100°F, depending on facility assignment.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
