Polyurethane Technician

As a Polyurethane Technician, you will lead a construction crew of 2-3 employees and perform polyurethane injection for foundation repair.
Responsibilities- Manage and train Crew Members in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and/or company.
- Supervise and perform foundation repair by installing polyurethane injections with careful consideration and precision.
- Interact with customers to ensure customer trust and understanding.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by explaining the foundation repair or polyurethane injection process.
- Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure that specifications are met and make recommendations as necessary.
- Safely operate and properly maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction areas to eliminate possible hazards. Ensure proper cleanup of all work areas after each job is complete.
- Ensure that Olshan’s policies and practices are implemented and followed according to the Employee & Safety Handbook.
- Follow oral and written instructions; communicate effectively with all employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Foundation Repair/Polyurethane Foam experience of 1-2 years is a must.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background requirements.
- Working weekends may be required; some travel.
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and subordinates.
