Are you a Project Manager with experience in modular or offsite construction, looking to step into a role with great progression opportunities with an industry leader?

The Role:
- Support and lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- Travel to site weekly to support installation and project execution
The Person:
- Experience as a Project Manager within modular or offsite construction
- Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Auto Desk, or similar
- Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role
