Dental Hygienist

Role Overview:

A Dental Hygienist provides essential clinical care, patient education, and preventive services within a dental practice. As a key member of the patient care team, you will deliver exceptional lifetime care, supported by mentorship and educational programs, ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to support patient needs and office operations.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical histories.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred 2-3 years of experience, familiarity with digital tools and electronic records.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to ongoing learning.

Provide clinical care during scheduled days, maintain patient records, and participate in ongoing training. Physical ability to perform duties, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend virtual or in-person training as needed. A tuberculosis test is required for compliance and safety.
