Electrical BIM Designer
Raytown, MO | In-Person | $70,000 - $90,000/yr | Full-Time

A well established and growing electrical contracting company with decades of experience delivering commercial and industrial projects is hiring a BIM Designer to join a close-knit, collaborative design team. This is a team that cares about their people and takes real pride in the work they build.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings with other trades
• Create shop drawings, layout plans, and installation documentation
• Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to ensure constructability and accuracy
• Stay current on BIM best practices and construction technology trends

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of BIM modeling/design experience in electrical contracting
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Self motivated, detail oriented, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
