Special Education Teacher – 2026/2027 School Year
Location: Raytown, MO
Employer: Allied One Source Education (Contract Position)
Allied One Source is seeking Special Education Teachers for the school year in Raytown, Missouri. We have multiple openings available across a variety of grade levels and special education settings, providing opportunities for educators with diverse backgrounds and experience.
As a contracted Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with unique learning needs, helping them achieve academic, social, and behavioral success in the school environment.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized instruction in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress
- Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and classroom accommodations to meet individual student needs
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal special education requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation and student progress data
- Valid Missouri Teaching License required
- Appropriate Missouri Special Education endorsement(s) required
- Experience working with students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Full-time, school-year assignments
- Multiple grade levels available, including elementary, middle, and high school
- Multiple special education settings available
- Weekly pay
