Crew Leader in Training
Olshan Foundation Solutions is currently seeking a Crew Leader in Training to lead a team of 4-6 people in residential services.
Responsibilities- Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Dig, back‑fill, and install
- Load and unload materials
- Job site management: examine and inspect job progress
- Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- No experience necessary! We will train you!
- Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
- Must be able to bend and stoop
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
- We are a drug‑free workplace. Must undergo a pre‑employment drug test and background check
