We’re hiring a Rental Coordinator at our onsite facility in Rayville, LA, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overtime pay after working 40 hours.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process
• Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them about ways to save and make more money.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction; keep them up‑to‑date on new services.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
