• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Portuguese speaking is a plus

• Greet customers and provide a high-level service experience from write-up to delivery
• Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow
