, a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing proprietary nanotechnology-enabled therapeutics, is seeking a Board Director focused on Strategic Corporate Partnerships as the company prepares for future capital formation and public-market readiness (NASDAQ/NYSE uplisting).
- Structuring and executing strategic partnerships with large pharma and biotech
- Licensing, co-development, and commercialization agreements
- Building long-term alliances that drive enterprise and shareholder value
- Supporting business development strategy and deal execution
- Former Head / VP / SVP of Business Development or Corporate Strategy at a major pharma or biotech company
- Proven experience in multi-million or billion-dollar licensing / co-development deals
- Deep network across Big Pharma, biotech, and strategic partners
- Experience supporting partnering discussions, diligence, and negotiations at the Board or executive level
