• Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments with professionalism and care.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information regarding vehicle service status.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Service Department team to coordinate workflow and prioritize customer needs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the database.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance the overall ownership experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in a BDC, customer service, or related role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
