HVAC Customer Service Coordinator

Customer Service | $22-27 hourly

Cooling Unlimited is looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative who excels at coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish!

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required

Pay Range: $22 - $27 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Must be able to multi-task

• Be the friendly voice customers hear when they call
• Schedule service appointments and keep our technicians running efficiently
• Help customers with urgent HVAC needs and provide outstanding service
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep schedules on track
• Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
• Share the benefits of our maintenance program and help customers stay comfortable year-round
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to a positive office environment
