BDC Customer Care Specialist

Route 128 Honda is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our award-winning team in Reading, MA.

As a BDC Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and helping customers navigate their sales and service needs.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, text messages, and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, service reminders, and dealership campaigns
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system
• Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Meet individual and team performance goals for appointments, contact rates, and customer satisfaction

• Previous customer service, BDC, call center, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of customer interactions
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• $55,000 - $80,000+ annual earning potential
