OpportunityOverview
We are seeking a highly skilled RF/mmWave Calibration Engineer to develop advanced calibration strategy & algorithms used in SoC (System-on-Chip) automated test systems. In this role, you will design, validate, and deploy calibration methodologies that ensure high‑accuracy RF and mmWave measurements across production, characterization, and validation environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in RF/mmWave theory, signal chain modeling, statistical calibration techniques, and ATE system behaviors.
CalibrationAlgorithm Development
- Develop advanced calibration algorithms for RF and mmWave signal paths, including:
- IQ imbalance correction
- LO feed through and DC offset correction
- PA and LNA linearity compensation
- RF front‑end de‑embedding and reference plane alignment
- mmWave path loss
- Optimize calibration sequences for speed, accuracy, and stability, especially for high‑volume production test.
- Characterize RF/mmWave performance of test systems using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Perform root-cause failure analysis for drift, instability, measurement noise, and environmental variability.
- Create statistical models for repeatability, uncertainty, and calibration delta monitoring.
We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Our commitment to customer success drives us to go the extra mile. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.
