Weston & Sampson is seeking an engineering student for our Summer 2026 Co-Op/Intern program. You will be working within one discipline but will be introduced to a variety of areas: civil, environmental, water, and wastewater. This position will be located in Reading, MA with occasional field work around the state.
What you’ll do- Assist the engineering staff with project related tasks including data calculations, research analysis, and design of plans and specifications for projects such as stormwater drainage improvements and green infrastructure.
- Support construction services including field work.
- Contribute to Climate Resiliency initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
- Students with 2 years of coursework completed are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and/or Hydro
CAD is preferred. - Valid driver's license.
Salary Range Per Hour: $22.00 - $26.00 Based on Education.
