Teradyne is seeking a committed NPI Manufacturing Engineering Manager in North Reading, MA to manage the MFE team. The role requires developing strategies for efficiency improvements and standardizing best practices across all NPI Operations.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with electro-mechanical products and a solid background in manufacturing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for effective team collaboration and achieving objectives.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $129,200 - $207,900, along with a bonus based on performance.
