Systems Engineer I
Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Directorate is seeking a Systems Engineer I who will support X-Band Radar technology that includes performing radar data analysis and systems integration activities at our Woburn, MA location. This includes supporting systems data analysis and integration tasks and working competing priorities.
Typical daily activities executed by the teams include scenario development, testing, data analysis, support to software development and systems engineering teams, and customer presentations. The individual will contribute to growing the team's abilities and be able to work with both internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience.
- Experience with System Engineering.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, and/or other programming languages.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using String/HWIL test equipment, radio frequency (RF) electronic hardware configuration and installation.
- Understanding of MATLAB, Linux Operating Systems (Linux Red Hat), Unix, and Shell scripting for performing integration, verification, test, and data analysis, integrating and configuring electronics, installing/debugging software.
- Knowledge with creating integration test procedures, test plans, test scripts, developing and maintaining configuration control documentation, and navigating through test setup.
- Understanding of agile and Dev Sec Ops processes, implement (or maintain) agile.
- Individual integration skills, knowledge of radar and signal processing concepts, modeling and determining radar performance.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
