Raytheon's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior System Integration & Test Engineer to support radar capability development. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge radar technology, leveraging your expertise in Linux operating systems, hands-on experience with system hardware and software in test lab environments, and exceptional troubleshooting skills to solve complex technical challenges.

- Assist in planning, executing, and documenting system integration and test activities for a radar program in a laboratory environment.
- Perform hands-on testing and integration of hardware and software, with a focus on systems running Linux-based operating environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and address technical challenges.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with program requirements.
- Support system-level test readiness reviews, test execution, and post-test analysis.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and program-specific processes.
- Willingness to support 5-10% domestic travel.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience MATLAB, Python, Shell scripting, Linux, and/or Unix.
- Experience with hardware and/or software testing in an engineering lab environment.
- Experience with networking principles.
- Experience with Systems Integration, test procedures, test plans, test scripts, data analysis, and/or verification.
- Familiarity with test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience working with X-Band radar systems.
- Knowledge of electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations on hardware devices, network configurations, operations of software in String/HWIL facility,
- Knowledge of RF systems, radar signal processing, and real-time systems.
- Practical knowledge of system security concepts and tools in Linux environments.
