Weston & Sampson is seeking an engineering student for our Fall 2026 full Co-Op/Intern program running from September - December. You will be working within one discipline but will be introduced to a variety of areas: civil, environmental, water, and wastewater. This position will be located in Reading, MA with occasional field work around the state.
What you'll do:- data calculations
- research analysis
- design of plans and specifications for projects such as stormwater drainage improvements and green infrastructure
- construction services including field work
- Climate Resiliency
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
- Students with 2 years of coursework completed are preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and/or HydroCAD is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
Salary Range Per Hour: $22.00 - $26.00 Based on Education
