* Present finance and protection products in a professional and compliant manner
* Arrange financing through a network of lending partners
* Maximize finance and product penetration while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
* Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements
* Accurately complete contracts and funding paperwork
* Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience
* Minimum 2 years of successful F&I Manager experience
* Proven finance and product sales performance
* Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills
* Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance standards
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Valid driver's license
