• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client
• Eyebrow tinting, waxing and lamination
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols, including sterilizing tools and sanitizing workstations in compliance with health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Promote retail sales by recommending complementary products like lash serums or aftercare items
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on proper eyelash extension maintenance
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling client inquiries
• Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging with followers to grow our online presence

• Proven experience in eyelash extension application or cosmetology with certification in eyelash extensions preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to beauty services and familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Background in related beauty treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus
• Previous work in a med spa or luxury salon environment is advantageous but not required
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for the beauty industry and ongoing learning
