Speech Language Pathology Assistant flex

Boston Speech Therapy is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, assisting in the delivery of therapy services for individuals experiencing communication disorders. • Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in evaluating and diagnosing clients
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Speech Language Pathologist
• Provide therapy sessions to help improve clients' speech and language skills
• Monitor and document client progress accurately
• Collaborate with families and educators to support the communication needs of clients
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• State certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Desire to further develop skills in the field of Speech Language Pathology

• Contract opportunity – 1099
• 45-55 per hour
