Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a full-time Insurance Producer to join our team in Reading, MA. This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs. The Insurance Producer will focus on both personal and commercial lines, including auto, homeowners, and business insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Assess individual and business insurance needs, providing tailored coverage recommendations
- Present and sell a range of property and casualty insurance products
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the insurance lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (or both) is preferred
- Existing Property and Casualty license is preferred
