Schedule:(1st Shift - 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:Support production of complex electro-mechanical and robotic equipment.
Perform hands-on assembly by following work instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and technical documentation.
Gather and organize parts, tools, subassemblies, and materials needed for production.
Move, stage, and deliver materials and components to workstations.
Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
Assist with kitting, labeling, scanning, and organization of production parts.
Perform assembly, repair, rework, and related production tasks as needed.
Complete production data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
Perform quality inspections and document production and quality activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor material/supply levels.
Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Ability to read and follow English-language work instructions.
Ability to use a handheld scanner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a mechanical/manufacturing environment.
Ability to use power tools and related equipment safely.
Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems.
Ability to interpret work instructions, part drawings, traveler paperwork, or other manufacturing documentation.
Experience with material handling, kitting, staging, labeling, or inventory control.
Familiarity with PPE and manufacturing safety practices.
Previous experience with electromechanical assembly or robotics is a plus.
