BRUNT is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across Email and SMS. You will build multi-step flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, segment audiences by RFM/LTV, and optimize campaigns for revenue and engagement.
Work closely with creative, analytics, and ecommerce teams to plan, test, and report on performance, while ensuring deliverability and compliance. Position is on-site in North Reading, MA.
