Field Marketing Specialist

This position will cover multiple offices in close proximity.

The Field Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and proactive professional responsible for supporting multiple real estate offices by delivering localized marketing strategies and resources. This role bridges the gap between corporate marketing initiatives and individual agent needs, ensuring alignment with company branding while empowering agents to maximize exposure for listings and drive engagement through strategic marketing efforts. The specialist will work in the field across designated offices, directly reporting to and receiving direction from the Director of Marketing.

• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to implement company-wide campaigns at the local level.
• Manage all social media for the designated offices, including listings, open houses, office events, and timely content.
• Coordinate and manage logistics and promotional materials for office events and community activities.
• Provide marketing consultations to agents, ensuring they leverage available resources effectively to grow their business.
• Serve as the primary marketing resource for agents, answering questions and guiding them through available tools and programs.
• Assist agents in becoming proficient in key marketing tools and technologies, including but not limited to: SAGE CRM, Drip Campaigns, Marketing REsource, Testimonial Tree, AEM Agent Websites, Adwerx/Chalk, CORE Success System, and Toolkit CMA.
• Fulfill the five standard digital assets provided through the Premier Concierge Marketing Program.
• Offer expert guidance on social media strategies, ensuring agents utilize best practices for engagement and branding.
• Produce print and digital collateral for Commonwealth Concierge Luxury Marketing listings and manage all related marketing steps.
• Provide personalized marketing support to top-producing agents (as determined by sales leadership), including custom collateral creation, professional resume assistance, Toolkit CMA updates, and enhanced social media support for open houses, testimonials, and market activity reports.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding guidelines and maintain quality control at all levels.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Represent the company at local events and capture moments for social media to strengthen brand presence and foster connections.
• Train agents and office staff on marketing best practices, tools, and new programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hub Spot, or similar CRM tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and consumer behavior.
• Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Hybrid role with frequent travel to local offices and events.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
