BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor to train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs. In this Full Time RN Preceptor role, you will work one-on-one with our nurses to ensure high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients living in their homes across the Wilmington area.
You will maintain a caseload and provide on-the-job training, travel as needed to support onboarding, and ensure continuity of care.
