Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Nursing Scheduler / Central Supply Clerk to join our skilled nursing facility in Reading, PA.

This position is responsible for maintaining nursing staff schedules, tracking attendance, preparing staffing reports, and managing the inventory of nursing supplies to ensure the facility remains adequately stocked and operations run smoothly.

• Create, maintain, and update nursing staff schedules
• Track attendance, call-offs, and productive and non-productive hours
• Prepare and provide staffing and attendance reports to management
• Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing records
• Monitor inventory levels of nursing supplies
• Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory
• Organize and maintain the central supply area
• Communicate with nursing leadership and other departments regarding staffing and supply needs
• Ensure supplies are available and properly distributed throughout the facility

• Previous nursing scheduler and/or supply clerk experience required
• Computer experience required
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
